IMPORTANT NOTE:

Prior to applying, we require that applicants read the FAQ document thoroughly to make sure they fully understand the philosophy and methodology behind the hybrid design and execution of the CQ SSD program.

Super Early Bird [SEB] applications for Cohort 2 has also ended.

We are receiving and processing special applications [SA] with the old rate until mid-January 2026. Thereafter, all regular applicants [RA] will now be subject to the updated rates and payment schedule.
